It actually sounds quite good, and super easy! The ingredients are:
1 cup of grapefruit juice, bottled or fresh.
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Mix well or blend.
If you don’t have grapefruit, you can substitue with orange juice.

Drink it 20′ after each meal, and in two weeks, you’ll see the results! You can then stop for a week, and start all over again. I’m totally going to do it!!
