Just like the last, raise all your toes into the air while standing – only this time lower your big toe onto the ground while keeping the others up.
Rock back and forth while standing, shifting your weight onto the outer parts of your feet. Repeat 10 times!
Place your foot on a tennis ball and roll it around, stretching your toes upwards after you’re done.
Sit down with your toes pointed up, bending over to touch your toes as much as possible.
Yoga is a great way to stretch and stabilize your feet, as it’s main focus is balance from the ground up.
