Baylee Curran, Miss California Regional 2016, called 911 the the wee hours of Tuesday morning, August 30, claiming that Chris Brown pulled a gun on her after she admired a piece of jewelry that one of Brown’s crew was displaying. He told her to ‘get the f*** out’ and then pointed a gun at her, but first she was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to take her cell phone with her. She refused and left with her friend.
The police arrived at 3am and were waiting for a search warrant as Brown threw a duffel bag out the window while taunting the police with words such as, ‘come and get me.’
Inside the duffel bag was at least one gun, more weapons, and drugs.
Brown posted a video to his Instagram account saying ‘f*** the police,’ referring to Black Lives Matter.’ Then he ranted “Every three months, y’all come up with something, bro. What is it? What’s going to be next?” he asked, adding, “At the same time, when I call police for stalker people … they don’t come until the next day.”
By 11:11am PDT the police were live streaming and waiting for Brown to come out of his house and surrender. He had previously been convicted of a felony assault.
By 12:30pm PDT, Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos entered the house.
By 12:49pm PDT Brown’s entourage began coming out of the house and were lined up outside with police frisking them for weapons. Chris still had not made an appearance, but police entered the home with a search warrant, and Brown along with his attorney, were being escorted from the house.
